Payment is due prior to or at the time services starts. You may leave a check in full unless directed otherwise. Payment will be held until services are complete. Each returned check is $20 service charge.
You are able to book right here on my website by clicking any of the BOOK buttons below. Please reference the calendar towards the bottom of the page to see my schedule and upcoming events. You may also contact me via phone or email to schedule services.
It is best for availability if you schedule your services as soon as you know the dates. Please note: Cancellations & refunds within 24 Hours prior to any service, and/or Holidays will require 20% of service total due (equals an 80% refund). During holidays there will be a surcharge of $15 per visit. Any late payments will be charged an additional $2 per visit. If you booked overnights with me there are no refunds for early return.
LC Pet Care has a standard emergency plan in place in the event of a natural or manmade disaster; however, I also strongly encourage you to have an emergency plan in place at home and ready to go should you ever need it. I have resources available that can help you.
There are certain events in life that we cannot plan for or anticipate. If an emergency arises and you need hospitalization you will need someone to take care of your pet; LC Pet Care is there!
